'Chowkidar' PM failed to provide jobs to UP youth: Rahul

Congress President Rahul Gandhi on Monday took a dig at PM Narendra Modi saying 'Chowkidar' failed to provide jobs to youth in Uttar Pradesh. While addressing a rally in Uttar Pradesh, Rahul added Congress party will fight to transform UP and the nation. "I have given...responsibility of strengthening Congress party in UP to Priyanka (Gandhi) and Jyotiraditya Scindia," he said.
