Actress Christina Applegate made her first public appearance since revealing she gained 40 pounds amid her battle with multiple sclerosis. The 'Dead to Me' actress, 50, was seen while being honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Following her multiple sclerosis diagnosis, Applegate had said that she "can't walk without a cane".
