Actress Richa Chadha has shared a video which shows a Harvard University professor calling coconut oil 'pure poison'. "Coconut oil is one of the worst foods that you can eat," professor Karin Michels said during a lecture in 2018. Responding to this, Richa wrote, "And yet, we've been cooking in coconut oil for centuries...especially in the south...#chupkaroangrezo."
