A Kosovo-born man, who claimed he spent years working as spy for CIA, was arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and is now facing deportation from US. His lawyers have approached court to halt his deportation, saying he was promised residency after years of significant work as a "CIA agent." He claimed he infiltrated al Qaeda after 9/11 attack.
