CIA Director Ratcliffe visits Cuba, first US state visit in 10 yrs
CIA Director John Ratcliffe met senior Cuban government officials on Thursday in capital city Havana, marking the first visit from a US government official in 10 years. Ratcliffe told officials that US would "seriously engage" with Cuba "if it makes fundamental changes" to their government. The last state visit to Cuba was made by then President Barack Obama in 2016.
