CIA director's unannounced Moscow trip uses heavy C-17 plane

CIA Director John Ratcliffe allegedly secretly flew to Moscow on a C-17 Globemaster III. It is unusual that he is coming in a Boeing heavy military transport plane, designed for carrying tanks and troops to short runways, rather than a VIP jet. US and Russian officials have not said why the secret diplomatic mission was made.
