CID tortured me to confess: Man who was wrongfully held in Suvendu's aide case

Raj Singh, who was wrongfully arrested in the murder case of West Bengal CM Suvendu Adhikari’s assistant Chandranath Rath, claimed after his release that the CID tortured him to force a confession. He thanked the CBI for uncovering the wrongful arrest and urged Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath to take action against the police team involved in his arrest.
