Cinema halls can bar moviegoers from carrying food & beverage from outside: SC

The Supreme Court (SC) has said cinema halls are private properties of owners who can stop moviegoers from carrying food and beverage from outside into cinema halls. Moviegoers have to adhere to the rules of the owner, the SC added. The SC, however, directed owners to allow parents with infants to carry a reasonable amount of food inside the theatres.
