Cisco rolls out AI Assistant for Webex Contact Center

Cisco has launched its AI Assistant for Webex Contact Center, bringing smart automation to customer support. The AI tool offers seamless agent handoffs, dropped call summaries, automatic CSAT scoring, and even monitors agent well-being. Cisco is also rolling out Webex AI Agent, a self-service solution for human-like AI interactions.
