CISF signs 5-year MoU with Ayush for yoga, wellness programs

The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) has signed an MoU with the Ministry of Ayush to promote preventive healthcare, yoga, wellness, and stress management among its personnel and families. The five-year collaboration will include awareness programs, lifestyle management, and yoga modules, aiming to improve physical and mental well-being and integrate traditional medicine into daily life.
