Citigroup targeting India as top market to expand globally: Top exec

Citigroup Inc's Global Co-Head of Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory, Manuel Falco, said the bank is looking at India as one of its top markets to expand globally. He said this as risks mount in China, Europe and US. "India looks very steady and it has a government that seems to know exactly what they have to do," Falco added.
