City Union Bank Q4 profit rises 25%, bonus issue announced

City Union Bank reported Q4FY26 net profit at ₹359.56 crore, up 24.86% YoY, while FY26 PAT rose 18.03% to ₹1,326.23 crore. Gross NPA improved to 1.91% and Net NPA to 0.68%. Deposits climbed to ₹78,308 crore. The bank announced ₹2 dividend and approved 1:3 bonus share issue for shareholders.
