Civilian govts in Pak serve at Army’s mercy: India as it slams Pak at UN
First Secretary at India's Permanent Mission to UN Bhavika Mangalanandan, criticised Pakistan's political system, saying its "so-called" civilian governments "serve at mercy" of their Army and rarely complete their terms. She also rejected Pakistan's remarks on J&K and asserted that the Union Territories of J&K and Ladakh were, are, and will remain integral and inalienable parts of the country.
