CJI Kant advises lawyers to opt for hybrid hearings via video call amid Delhi air pollution

Chief Justice of India (CJI) Surya Kant has advised lawyers and parties-in-person to choose hybrid hearings through video conferencing in matters listed before the courts, as thick smog envelops Delhi. This comes as AQI in the national capital hit 461 on Sunday, marking its most polluted day this winter and the second-worst December air quality day ever.
