BJP spokesperson Gaurav Bhatia has filed a ₹2-crore defamation suit against CJP and its spokespersons Saurav Das, Ashutosh Ranka and founder Abhijeet Dipke. This comes after Das and Bhatia clashed over a post claiming Bhatia called Swatantra Bhardwaj who is accused of assaulting a CJP protester's father, a "dimagi naxal". Bhatia called the post "fake" and demanded an unconditional apology.
