The Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) announced a 'chappal protest' in Bengaluru on October 8 in solidarity with women journalists who alleged sexual harassment by Delhi Police. The group will also attend a People's Tribunal on SIR electoral rolls at Freedom Park. CJP also warned of a 'Jantar Mantar 2.0' protest on October 10 if CEC Gyanesh Kumar doesn't resign.
