CJP protest gave oxygen to dying democracy: Uddhav Thackeray

Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray called the CJP's protest a reflection of the failure of both the government and the Opposition. He stated, "These protests have given oxygen to democracy which was almost dying...From Delhi to Mumbai, [I] have realised people have moved beyond fear." Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan resigned after CJP demanded his exit over alleged exam irregularities.
