Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) leaders Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka on Wednesday withdrew their Delhi High Court plea challenging the extension of their judicial custody. Justice Subramonium Prasad advised them to await the Special Executive Magistrate's hearing and pursue further legal remedies if necessary. The duo were detained on October 13 following a Jantar Mantar protest.
