CJP's Saurav Das moves HC, seeks removal of posts revealing his address from X, Google

Delhi High Court issued summons to commentator Abhijit Iyer-Mitra, along with various media and social media platforms, including Law Beat, over a plea by CJP spokesperson Saurav Das alleging disclosure of his residential details. Das has also sought directions requiring X and Google to remove content and prevent it from being shared further. HC granted defendants 10 days to respond.
