CJP's Saurav Das says Bar Council chief 'needs to go', Mahua calls him 'mental case'

After Bar Council of India briefly halted enrolment of NALSAR 2026 graduates as advocates, CJP's Saurav Das said its chairperson Manan Kumar Mishra, a Rajya Sabha MP, "needs to go". Das asked Mishra to "reveal" his law degree and asked why he has held the post "since 2012". TMC MP Mahua Moitra responded to Das, calling Mishra a "mental case".
