Claims of Russian threat to Greenland are false horror stories: Medvedev

Former Russian President and Deputy Chair of Russia’s Security Council Dmitry Medvedev said Western countries’ claims of a Russian or Chinese threat to Greenland are false “horror stories” created by Western leaders to justify their own actions. Earlier, US President Donald Trump had threatened to annex Greenland, citing need to prevent Russia or China from occupying it in the future.
