Clash erupts between Congress & BJP workers over SIR exercise in B'luru

Congress and BJP workers clashed over the SIR (Special Intensive Revision) exercise in Bengaluru's Chamarajpet. Congress alleged that officials held initial meetings with BJP representatives and ignored its representatives, while only 14 of the expected 31 BLOs reported. Congress warned it would not allow the exercise unless it is carried out in full strength and in a transparent manner.
