Clash erupts during Arunachal paper leak protest, Sec 144 imposed

A clash broke out between protesters and security personnel during a protest over Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) paper leak case in Itanagar. Section 144 has been imposed in the capital region since midnight due to the protests. Police were forced to use tear gas and baton charges upon the protesters and four officials were injured, IGP (L&O) said.
