Claude can now work directly in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides

Anthropic said its AI assistant Claude can now work directly within Google Docs, Sheets and Slides, allowing users to create, edit and analyse files without switching apps. Called Claude for Google Workspace, the feature is available in public beta to users on all paid Claude plans. Claude appears in a sidebar and can work with selected text, cells or slides.
