Claude users complain of hitting limits after few prompts, Anthropic launches probe

Multiple paid users of Anthropic's AI assistant Claude have complained about their usage limits getting exhausted after a few prompts or within minutes. Responding to this, an Anthropic employee said, "We're aware people are hitting usage limits...way faster than expected. Actively investigating." "I hope this is...not the new normal because this is absolutely unusable," an X user said.
