Claude users lose access to its most powerful AI models globally after US govt order

Anthropic globally suspended access to its most powerful AI models, Claude Mythos 5 and Claude Fable 5, as US government ordered restrictions for foreign nationals, days after the models were released to the public. US cited national security concerns but didn't specify what they were. The government has likely become aware of a method of jailbreaking Fable 5, Anthropic said.
