Clean Max Enviro becomes first Indian company in 4 years to list shares without 100% subscription

Renewable power company Clean Max Enviro has become the first Indian company in four years to list its shares after its IPO despite not hitting 100% subscription. The company has joined 14 other companies since 2007 that listed their shares despite their IPOs not getting fully subscribed. Nearly all of the 14 companies' shares closed lower on their listing day.
