Clean Max Enviro's ₹3,100-crore IPO set to open on February 23

Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions’s ₹3,100-crore IPO is set to open for subscription next week on February 23 and will close on February 25. The company has fixed a price band of ₹1,000 to ₹1,053 per equity share. The IPO includes a fresh issue of shares worth ₹1,200 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of shares worth ₹1,900 crore.
