Climate scientist and IIT professor Krishna AchutaRao passes away

Renowned climate scientist and IIT Delhi professor, Krishna AchutaRao, passed away at the age of 62 after a prolonger illness. FLAME University professor Anjal Prakash said AchutaRao focused on translating complex climate science concepts into clear messages for journalists and students. He had a Masters degree from BITS Pilani in mathematics and worked in US before returning to India.
