A digitally altered video viral with false claim that it shows Delhi DCP Jha resigning from Indian Police force, alleging he was pressured to lie about student protesters of CJP. BOOM found that the video is digitally altered. The clip shows a mismatch between audio and Jha's lip movements, and running it through AI detection tool confirmed it as synthetic.
