Clip of spark on road in Vietnam falsely shared as one from B'luru

A video showing a flooded road with immense rainfall has surfaced on social media. People sharing the video have falsely claimed it shows a road in Bengaluru where a short circuit occurred during the rain. The Quint, however, found that the clip is from Vietnam, where heavy rainfall caused a high-voltage wire to break and fall onto a flooded road.
