Clip shows house floating on Ukraine river after Russia blasts dam

A video has surfaced showing a house floating down Ukraine's Dnipro river after Russia Russia blew up the Kakhovka dam. Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said 80 settlements are at risk of flooding after the destruction of the dam. Thousands of people are being evacuated downstream of the dam.
