A cloudburst hit Baltal near the base camp of Amarnath Yatra in central Kashmir's Ganderbal district, killing two minors and injuring over 10 others. The police officials said on Saturday that one of the deceased is a 13-year-old girl and the other is a 12-year-old boy. Furthermore, they added that over 11 people have gone missing.
