CM-KISAN launched to provide ₹925 cr to 46 lakh farmers in Odisha

Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi announced the 'CM-KISAN Yojana' on the auspicious occasion of the Nuakhai festival, in a significant move to support small and marginal farmers in Odisha. This newly launched scheme is set to provide financial assistance worth ₹925 crore to benefit approximately 46 lakh farmers who have not been covered under the existing PM-KISAN scheme.
