CM Suvendu leads procession near Jadavpur University to uphold saffron’s ‘dignity’

West Bengal CM Suvendu Adhikari led a large procession near Jadavpur University in south Kolkata, with the BJP saying it was held to uphold the "dignity" of the saffron colour. The march came amid a graffiti and slogan battle between Left-backed student groups and RSS-affiliated ABVP at the university. Adhikari said it aimed to highlight saffron's values and ideals.
