CM Vijay turns photographer, surprises press on Photography Day

Tamil Nadu CM Vijay surprised press photographers by stepping behind the camera at the Secretariat on World Photography Day. He clicked photographs and recorded videos as photographers arrived, greeted and interacted with them. The gesture turned the lens around, giving the professionals who usually document public events a chance to become the subjects themselves.
