CM Yogi announces ₹5 lakh ex-gratia after 5 killed in UP bridge collapse

UP CM Yogi Adityanath on Friday announced an ex-gratia of ₹5 lakh each for the families of those killed in the Hamirpur bridge collapse incident. He also announced ₹50,000 for each injured person. At least five people were killed and several others injured after a portion of an under-construction bridge collapsed during a storm in Uttar Pradesh's Hamirpur district.
