Co-owner of Lucknow building that caught fire was linked to 2015 medical test paper leak

Surendra Shukla, co-owner of Lucknow building that caught fire and killed 15 people, was previously linked to 2015 Uttar Pradesh Combined Pre-Medical Test (PMT/CPMT) paper leak case. At that time, it was alleged that he hatched conspiracy to leak paper to help his daughter secure admission. However, he was given clean chit due to lack of evidence.
