Coach Yevhen trained me online from Ukraine amid war: Paralympic silver medallist Sharad

Indian high jumper Sharad Kumar, who won silver medal in the T63 category at Paris 2024 Paralympics, revealed his Ukrainian coach Nikitin Yevhen has been training him for over two years from Kharkiv amid the Russia-Ukraine war. "I trained for Paralympics in Philippines and he coached me online," he said. "He's old, he cannot move around too much," Sharad added.
