Coca-Cola may file DRHP for ₹9,500 cr India bottling unit IPO in Dec: Report

Coca-Cola is planning to file draft papers for the IPO of its Indian bottling arm, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages (HCCB) in December, NDTVProfit reported citing sources. The IPO is expected to raise $1 billion (over ₹9,500 crore), seeking a valuation of around $10 billion. Coca-Cola is reportedly working on the IPO with Kotak Mahindra Capital, Citigroup, JPMorgan Chase and Morgan Stanley.
