Coca-Cola plans ₹9,000-crore IPO of Indian bottling arm: Report

Coca-Cola plans to launch an IPO of its Indian bottling arm, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages (HCCB), this summer, the ET reported. The IPO is expected to raise $1 billion (around ₹9,000 crore) at an estimated valuation of roughly $10 billion. Kotak, HDFC Group and Citibank have been hired by Coca-Cola to advise on the listing.
