Cognizant gives annual salary hike as low as 1% to some employees: Report

Cognizant, which is being widely criticised for offering freshers ₹2.52 LPA, gave out annual salary hikes as low as 1% to some employees, ET reported. The highest annual hike is reportedly said to be 5%. The hike is 1-3% for a rating of 3, 4% for a rating of 4 and 4.5%-5% for employees rated 5, the report added.
