Cognizant rolls out salary hikes for employees after Wipro & TCS

IT company Cognizant has begun rolling out annual salary hikes for its employees, reportedly ranged between 7% to 10%. This comes after Wipro, TCS and Infosys rolled out hikes recently. Last week, Cognizant told its employees that "formal eLetters" with new compensation would be out through the week and the hike would take effect for levels up to associate director.
