Cognizant's ex-CEO Brian Humphries gets $3.8 mn in severance pay

Cognizant said that it has paid $3.8 million in severance pay to its former CEO Brian Humphries. The company also mentioned that Humphries received a bonus of about $2.25 million and a base salary of $1.24 million for 2022. The severance amount is within the newly imposed limit of 2.99 times the sum of base pay and bonus.
