Coinbase CEO sold shares worth $292 mn on first day of trading

Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong sold shares worth about $292 million during the cryptocurrency exchange's first day of trading on the Nasdaq last week, as per filings with the US SEC. Armstrong sold a total of 7,49,999 shares in three batches at prices ranging from $381-$410.40 per share. Coinbase's listing briefly valued the company above $100 billion on the first day.
