Coldplay concert in Ahmedabad rumours send hotel prices soaring in the city

Rumours about Coldplay adding Ahmedabad to their India tour on January 25 have sent the hotel prices in the city soaring. Luxury hotels currently offering rooms in the ₹5,000-₹8,000 per night range are quoting their room prices in the ₹50,000-₹60,000 per night range between January 24 and 27, Moneycontrol reported. More affordable rooms are sold out on January 24.
