An explosive device killed at least 14 people and injured 38 others travelling on a bus in southwestern Colombia, authorities said. Governor Octavio Guzman said the blast hit the bus while it was travelling along the Pan-American Highway in Cajibio. President Gustavo Petro condemned the attack, saying, “Those who carried out this attack...are terrorists, fascists and drug traffickers.”
