Comedian held for allegedly insulting Hindu gods, manhandled by Hind Rakshak group

Stand-up comedian Munawar Faruqui and four others identified as Edwin Anthony, Prakhar Vyas, Priyam Vyas and Nalin Yadav have been arrested for allegedly insulting Hindu deities during a show in Indore. The accused were allegedly manhandled by Hind Rakshak workers. "Godhra incident and Home Minister Amit Shah were also mentioned inappropriately," outfit's convenor, who filed the complaint, said.
