Commenting on woman's body type is sexual harassment: Kerala HC

Kerala High Court noted that a comment on a woman’s "body structure" is a sexually coloured remark that would amount to sexual harassment. The ruling came while dismissing an ex-Kerala State Electricity Board employee's plea to quash the sexual harassment case against him filed by a female staffer. The accused had allegedly sent messages with sexual overtures to woman's phone.
