Companies offer free gas worth ₹500 to consumers who adopt PNG

Petroleum Ministry official Sujata Sharma on Monday said several city gas distribution companies are offering incentives to encourage LPG users to make the transition to piped natural gas (PNG) connections. Indraprastha Gas and GAIL Gas have offered free gas worth ₹500 to consumers who switch to PNG connections. The move comes amid ongoing supply disruptions due to West Asia war.
